I cannot say enough about our maintenance man, Jeremy. What a pleasant surprise from the norm here at highridge. Very pleasant and friendly came for one problem (mold) explaining everything as he did it and fixed another problem while he was here. Went above and beyond- great employee! A few people here could learn about tenant relations from him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

This is our second time choosing to live at Highridge, and we couldn’t be happier to be back. The community has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and tranquil. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus, and the amenities—from the pools and gyms to the common grounds—are always spotless and well maintained. The maintenance team and front office staff are consistently responsive and friendly. Matthew in the front office was especially helpful throughout our move. He took the time to make sure we found an apartment that matched exactly what we wanted in terms of view, sun exposure, size, and price. He also kept us updated every step of the way during the application and move-in process, which made everything seamless. If you’re looking for a quiet apartment community in Palos Verdes with respectful neighbors, great amenities, and a team that is wonderful, we highly recommend Highridge. It’s an excellent value for what you get—which is exactly why we decided to call Highridge home again.
