Wonderful Experience all around!
Leticia was incredibly helpful and patient, showing us around multiple times, and Sonia was always available to answer our many questions and find solutions. Since most of the process was handled while we were out of state, their responsiveness and willingness to help, made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend Highridge!

Wonderful customer service
The hospitality team at Highridge Apartments have really been amazing. Leticia and Sonia are really helpful, friendly, and professional. They are welcoming and have a smile on their face. The process has been a positive experience for me and I highly recommend checking out this place.

Absolutely wonderful!
I had to find a place to live last minute and after checking out a few places around town, I saw Highridge Apartments and went in for a tour. Leticia Ramos was amazing from the start, very welcoming, friendly, professional, and patient. The process is simple, Leticia helped me through it all. I would definitely recommend Highridge Apartments for a place to live. The amenities are amazing too!

I wanted to give a big thank you to Matthew for showing my husband and I around Highridge. He was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable! I have knee injuries, which make climbing and descending stairs difficult. He took that into consideration throughout our entire tour. Thank you so much, Matthew, for everything! Looking forward to our move!

I cannot say enough about our maintenance man, Jeremy. What a pleasant surprise from the norm here at highridge. Very pleasant and friendly came for one problem (mold) explaining everything as he did it and fixed another problem while he was here. Went above and beyond- great employee! A few people here could learn about tenant relations from him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I want to give a huge thank you to our leasing agent, Matthew. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional while showing us around the property and helping us get settled into our new apartment home. I know this job isn’t always easy, but he handled everything with so much respect and genuine care. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming.
